“How are your items made and fulfilled?”
— I use the Print On Demand service “Printful” and they are able to add my designs to items and ship them right to you! The tracking information is sent to you and please expect a reasonable time frame of 2 -7 business days.
“How are payments processed and is my information safe?”
— This website was made with Squarespace and uses Squarespace’s Secure Checkout. It is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant and you can choose to pay through trusted channels such as Stripe and Paypal.
— When you browse this site, Squarespace uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption which makes your data unreadable by hackers. For more information, you can visit the explanation of such security methods here.
“What is your return policy?”
— If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me right away at rich@reneliquearts.com and I’ll work with my production partner, Printful, to make it right!
— Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or a deliberately incorrect size choice. If the manufacturer got your order incorrect or if there is damage, returns are ABSOLUTELY accepted.
“Are you going to start using AI for future designs?”
— No, I do not plan on using Artificial Intelligence to recreate the magic I capture within my expression. I only occasionally use such a tool for research and at times, upscaling my images to the highest resolution.
